It's no doubt been a cold Canadian winter this year. Now, in the thick of the season, when we are eager for the yang energy of spring yet still have awhile to wait, it is vital that we continue to restore our deep energy reserves. This is the lesson of the 'yin within yin' season in Chinese Medicine.
Winter wisdom tells us to slow down, but our society does not. The external expectations put upon us, along with extreme fluctuations in weather conditions, are hard on our bodies. Taking time for yoga & acupuncture to nourish ourselves is key to getting you through to the end of winter. It helps make you (+ your immune system) robust for when the winds of spring arise.
We hope you can join us on Friday Feb 9th. Space is limited. Register here.
