You have goals. Whether it's physical, educational, relationship or career goals, you want to grow. Get somewhere. Evolve.
The catch is, that growth involves change. - and change is uncomfortable! And generally speaking, we avoid that which is uncomfortable. We're not entirely to blame for this. The economy is built on us comsuming comsuming comsuming to avoid feeling uncomfortable. But being uncomfortable has a usefulness, it teaches us about our boundaries. And the more we practice being okay with a certain level of discomfort, the more we will be able to push through our own walls of resistance and achieve new levels of our own personal evolution.
Life is a balance of accepting where we are - while gently reaching, expanding. If you're feeling stuck, if you're having trouble moving through your own areas of discomfort, this might inspire you to move forward.
