The holidays can be filled to the brim with carbohydrates, so here's a ketogenic kitchen creation that I made and want to share with you - to keep you feeling FULL & FESTIVE this season!
Chinese Medicine Bonus Points: Healthy fats like coconut milk & sesame seeds & chia help to nourish our yin. Psyllium helps drain 'dampness' from the body. Aromatic peppermint helps lift the energy of the spleen & stomach, as well as regulate the liver. Translation? A breakfast that's great for digestion & calming the nervous system!
I hope you enjoy.
