This weekend take a couple of hours to unwind... calm the restless and anxious energy of fall. Unravel the kinks from your physical body, reset you subtle body, and bring space into your mind.
In the autumn, the Chinese Five Elements system promotes the lung and large intestine meridian lines to ensure that sufficient heat is drawn inward and downward, preventing imbalances that may result in the flu or a cold, constipation, or insomnia . As the weather starts to get colder our body is more susceptible.
Elle will lead you through a series of restorative yoga practices,pranayama and guided meditation as you rest and breathe. Laura ( LMW Registered acupuncturist) will work the meridians and acupressure points in your body. Evaleen ( LMW registered reflexologist) will apply reflexology and compassionate hands as you are guided into breathing and meditation with essential oils to engage your senses so you rest your mind and your body completely. This guided journey will restore you all the way down to your subconscious layers. Open to all levels.
