It's time for your fall sweaters!
In Chinese Medicine, fall is the season of letting go, a season of surrender. It's also a delicate season for our immune systems because in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Lungs correspond to the fall season and are most affected by the windy weather at this time of year.
How do we prepare for the winds of change? It is a balancing act - that is, bracing yourself (strengthening the physical body & mind) while embracing the unknown.
Acupuncture & TCM helps with both strengthening the physical body and allowing flexibility of the mind. If you are considering a session and have any questions you'd like to ask a TCM practitioner, connect with me here.
Stay cozy, and see you soon.
