... I share this reflection on time, by Ursula K Le Guin. Before we get swept up in the pace of fall, take a moment to reflect on what time means to you, and how you want to spend it - or rather, live it.
"The opposite of spare time is, I guess, occupied time. In my case I still don’t know what spare time is because all my time is occupied. It always has been and it is now. It’s occupied by living."
Summer is a very 'yang' season. Fall brings in the beginnings of 'yin' - the time to reflect and evaluate, to let go of unnecessary distractions and to focus. I wish you all some space for this as we move into Fall.
