𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗽𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶: This Monday Nov 30th
A full moon is like turning up the volume, a heightened energy that can be either creative & energizing or it can be reckless & overwhelming. A full moon eclipse is, well, even more jacked up - ‼️🌖‼️ With Gemini in particular, it might feel like your nervous system has been plugged into a socket, a power surge of energy is completely over-stimulating or anxiety provoking. Gemini keeps things head-y. Your hair might feel your hair standing on end 🤯 An eclipse can also bring up a sudden letting go, especially with a full moon eclipse. It can be a powerful release, if we surrender to it - that is if we can let go of resistance to what we are called to let go of. It's the first of a few Gemini/Sagittarius axis eclipses next year, so it also sets the stage for themes in your life that may play out over the next 6 months. A few tips: #1: 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱. Be kind in your thoughts, especially the narratives you have about yourself. #2: It will be extra important to 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗵𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲 with this one: No screen time before bed. If you usually give yourself 30min, double it. If you usually need an hour of unwinding, take two. #3: Calming 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗶𝗹𝘀 can also help, as Gemini rules the lungs (which in Chinese Medicine controls our smell). Scents like lavender, camomile, and pachouli. #4: 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘁. Especially before bed. Use oil to support the nervous system. (Bonus: you can combine a few drops of essential oils in the carrier oil for the massage. A 2-for-1!) #5: 𝗔𝗰𝘂𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. I'd be remiss not to mention this one here, as easing the nervous system is one of the things acupuncture does best! 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥? Sending y'all some love for this one. #BeKind and #MindYourMind #fullmooneclipse #fullmooneclipse2020
